What's included in the Turnkey service?
We handle everything: transport, set-up and breakdown of the equipment, distribution and collection of the headphones, hybrid entertainment with live DJs and playlists, and a technical team on site from start to finish.
How many headphones can you provide?
We've already run experiences for 50, 200 and more than 1000 participants at once. There's no limit: the setup grows with your event, in headphones, channels and crew.
How many audio channels are there?
Up to 3 channels running at once, each with its own live DJ or playlist, for example DJ 1 versus DJ 2, different music genres, or music on one channel and spoken content on another.
Does SilentWave provide a DJ?
Yes, we can bring a live DJ and playlists. Prefer to bring your own DJ? That works too: our tech crew handles everything else.
Do you handle set-up and breakdown?
Yes, always. At every event we handle transport, set-up, operation during the event and breakdown. Our technical team stays on site from start to finish.
Do you work all over the country?
Yes, we run events all over Portugal, from north to south. Tell us where your event is and we'll handle the logistics.
Can the experience be customised?
Yes. Silent Disco, Silent Fitness, Conference or a Custom Experience: we adapt the format to your event.
How much does an event cost?
We don't have a fixed price list. Every event is different. The cost depends on the number of participants, duration, location and number of channels and DJs. Every event includes our technical team on site, from set-up to breakdown. Tell us the details and we'll send a tailored proposal.
